Help a growing yoga studio develop and maintain social media content. Use your experience developing creative, fun, and engaging social content and align it with your passion for yoga.

 

This is a part time role with an opportunity to coordinate it around your own schedule. Rates are negotiable.

 

About the role

• Create, schedule, respond to and post social content for the studio

• Develop, implement, and manage a social media plan and strategy

• Develop a unique voice that’s aligned with the core values of the studio

• Produce any necessary graphics that meet the aesthetic

• Work directly with studio staff to coordinate content opportunities

About you

• Ideally have some experience or a strong interest in digital marketing

• Can optimize content for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

• Strong photo & video skills and experience with related editing tools

• Posses a clear understanding of what makes social media content engaging and important

• Able to analyze and report on social media results

• Interested in exploring paid social campaigns across various channels

• Have a strong grasp of language and appreciation for exploring new forms of communication

• Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills

• The ideal candidate has a developed and dedicated yoga practice.

About the studio

Inye Yoga has been serving the community since 2003. The studio is a bright and spacious space offering 48 yoga practices per week (in-studio & virtual interactive hybrid), workshops, community classes and specialized trainings. Our yoga practices include alignment based Hatha Yoga (levels 1, 2), Vinyasa, deep stretch, AyurYoga, Yoga Strong, restorative, gentle, yin meditation, and HypnoYoga. Teachers are devoted to a life-long practice of study and personal growth. Our intention is to honour the individual needs in each student’s practice to support a life of joy.
