*A Yoga mat is required for all practices. Two yoga blocks & a strap are highly recommended.
** Yin Meditation, HypnoYoga & Restorative practices are most beneficial with a bolster, a blanket, and two yoga blocks.

*** Yoga Strong practices often use two free weights & two yoga blocks.

How to build up your Hatha Practice

Follow three simple steps to get you started for practices! Learn what you need to prepare, and classes suitable for your experience. Check out our Introductory promotion, as well as Welcome Back promotion for returning members.

1) Select "Schedule" on the menu.

 

2) ​On the top right corner, select "My Account" to log into your account.​

 

3) Enter your account information.​

 

4) On the top right corner, click on the menu icon (as shown below) to open the sub menu. Click on "Schedule".

 

5) All classes registered thus far can be viewed here. To cancel, click on the "Cancel" button.

    "Even though I took the 200 YTT at Inye Yoga during Covid-19, I had a wonderful experience. I found Eddee and his team to be bright, experienced, creative, helpful, supportive, cheerful and caring. It was a lot of work and I enjoyed every minute of it. I learned how to teach Hatha Yoga on Zoom and in-person. I also gained a better understanding of myself. I realized that yoga is more than just doing poses…it’s about life and finding ways to embrace peace. I'm glad Eddee found a way to continue the YTT program.
