** Yin Meditation, HypnoYoga & Restorative practices are most beneficial with a bolster, a blanket, and two yoga blocks.
*** Yoga Strong practices often use two free weights & two yoga blocks.
How to build up your Hatha Practice
Building up a strong body, mind, and energy requires consistency, dedication and be fully involved in the process. This is a process which can take months to years, depends on your involvement & awareness. A healthy body is when you are in harmony with all aspects of yourself. Here is how you can build up a sustainable practice with joy!
View / cancel registered class(es)
1) Select "Schedule" on the menu.
2) On the top right corner, select "My Account" to log into your account.
3) Enter your account information.
4) On the top right corner, click on the menu icon (as shown below) to open the sub menu. Click on "Schedule".
5) All classes registered thus far can be viewed here. To cancel, click on the "Cancel" button.

"Even though I took the 200 YTT at Inye Yoga during Covid-19, I had a wonderful experience. I found Eddee and his team to be bright, experienced, creative, helpful, supportive, cheerful and caring. It was a lot of work and I enjoyed every minute of it. I learned how to teach Hatha Yoga on Zoom and in-person. I also gained a better understanding of myself.
