What You Will Experience:

✔︎ A Hatha yoga practice to ground and centre your body
✔︎ An exploration of the neurophysiology of stress and how it impacts your health
✔︎ Insight into your personal mind-body balance through the Prakriti Quiz (based on Ayurvedic principles)
✔︎ A deeply nurturing restorative yoga session to calm the nervous system and support healing

✔︎ Acupuncture cupping and seeding treatment

This workshop is designed for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of their health and practical tools to manage stress. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just a willingness to slow down and explore.

Dr. Petrelli brings over 30 years of experience in clinical care, healthcare administration, and neuroscience research. She blends the wisdom of both Western medicine and Eastern healing practices to help individuals find sustainable, everyday strategies for better health. Her approach is compassionate, evidence-informed, and deeply empowering.




Props you will need


  • Yoga Mat

  • Bolster, Yoga blocks and two blankets

  • Journal and pen

  • Water bottle (hydration)
