About Valentine's Day Cacao Retreat

This Valentine’s Day, step into a sacred space where you can nourish your heart, body, and soul. In this intimate workshop, we’ll guide you through a transformative experience focused on nourishing yourself and honouring the wisdom of your own body.

The workshop will begin with a warm, ceremonial cacao ritual to open the heart, inviting you into a space of self-compassion and connection. As the cacao works its magic, you’ll be led through some self-nourishing yoga stretches that focus on releasing tension in the heart area, allowing for greater openness and emotional freedom.

Ceremonial Cacao is a powerful plant medicine for the heart. She imbues a peaceful yet purposeful, loving, compassionate energy for ourselves and others. She cultivates a deep connection with Life and Mother Earth, heightening our creativity and sense of connection. She can be a subtle and powerful force, offering us deep wisdom into our spiritual journey, purpose and how to live with an open heart.

We’ll also do a heart-centered Kriya meditation, a journaling exercise, and Abhyanga, an Ayurvedic self-massage practice. These powerful practices will help you deepen your connection to your heart and awaken the love that resides within.

This workshop offers a beautiful opportunity to honour yourself and the loving energy that flows within you. Whether you come solo or share the experience with someone special (partner, friend, family member), leave feeling recharged, rejuvenated, and connected to the infinite love you hold within.


We use a ceremonial Cacao from Guatemala (a company founded by an indigenous Mayan mother), which contains a high concentration of joy-inducing compounds such as theobromine. This compound stimulates the cardiovascular system and gives you a warm and uplifting “hum”. It also contains compounds that stimulate serotonin to improve your mood, as well as containing potent antioxidants.
