About Shakti Moves

Step into Shakti Moves, a 1-hour dance workshop designed to help you let go of stress, reconnect with your body, and celebrate life through joyful, expressive movement.

For 45 minutes, you’ll dance to rhythms from around the world — fiery Latin beats, high-energy Bollywood, lively Salsa, Merengue, Bhangra, and BollyX. Every step is an invitation to move freely, laugh loudly, and rediscover your inner joy.

This workshop isn’t about perfect choreography or memorizing routines. It’s about feeling the music, releasing tension, and letting your spirit shine — whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned dancer.

By attending this 1 hour workshop

About Jyotika Gupta

Jyotika is a dance and yoga instructor on a mission to help people move, laugh, and reconnect with their inner child. Born in India — the birthplace of yoga — she’s been dancing since she was a kid, lost in the rhythm of Bhangra, Gidda, and freestyle movement, and that same joy fuels her classes today.


A certified Zumba, Arriba instructor and 200-hour Yoga Teacher, Jyotika blends high-energy fun, mindfulness, and cultural roots in every class. By day, she’s a finance professional, crunching numbers and staying sharp. By night (and on weekends), she’s all about dancing, sweating, laughing, and moving freely — her way to live life fully and joyfully.


Her classes are for all ages— a space to let go of stress, laugh, move your body, and just be yourself. Off the mat, she loves hiking, exploring natural trails, traveling to new countries, and connecting with different cultures. She thrives on adventures like skydiving, river rafting, paragliding, boxing, and HIIT workouts, always looking for ways to challenge herself, have fun, and stay fit.


About Drruti Shah

Drruti is a dedicated wellness and movement practitioner with a mission to bring harmony, healing, and joy into people's lives through dance, yoga, and healing. With over 20 years of dance and healing experience. A certified Zumba and Bolly-X instructor infuses every class with energy, passion, and purpose.


She is also a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher, a Reiki Master Healer, and a Sound healer, offering a unique blend of physical movement and energetic healing to support overall well-being.


Her integrative approach helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and restore inner balance - one step, one breath, and one beat at a time.
