About Prenatal Yoga
Join us for a calming and empowering prenatal yoga workshop designed to support your journey through pregnancy.
This is a 4 part workshop - March 9, 16, 23, 30. From 2pm - 3:15pm. Each session is 75 minutes, can attend all or come for a single drop in.
The focus of this 75 minutes workshop is the following:
-Safe, gentle poses to alleviate discomfort and strengthen key muscles
- Breathing techniques for relaxation and labor preparation
- Pelvic floor awareness and mindfulness practices
Open to all stages of pregnancy, no prior yoga experience needed. Connect with your baby, relieve stress, and enjoy self-care in a supportive community.
Props you will need
A yoga mat
1-2 blocks
A towel or blanket
