WHICH PRACTICE IS SUITABLE FOR A BEGINNER?

There are many INYE practices which are beginner friendly. You can see the entire listing on our "At a Glance" section, as well as in class description under Schedule. We often suggest joining regular temperature or warm practices first, so you can get familiar with moving the body consciously before adding heat to your practice.

DO I HAVE TO FIRST REGISTER ONLINE BEFORE CLASS?

For all Virtual practices you will need to adhere to the virtual registration window (15 minutes before class time). For in-studio practices, drop in is now available. Many students still prefer to register ahead of time to plan out their weekly schedule, it is your personal preference.

I HAVE INJURIES, CAN I PRACTICE YOGA?

Injuries can be caused in countless ways, however, there is only one way to heal, and that is by consciously moving and exploring the body and mind connection. There are many types of classes at INYE, some are very meditative, others very active, and all of them mindful. Choose the right level of practice for yourself, and understand this is YOUR practice. Modify if you need to, or simply rest in savasana. You can heal yourself.

There truly is a class for everyone at Inye – whether you are looking for a gentle practice, a class dedicated to core work, or a traditional Hatha class, you can find it at this beautiful practice space. Eddee is a wonderful studio Director and teacher, he cares deeply about his student’s well-being in and out of the studio. The studio is always clean and the front desk staff are so helpful and friendly! The lessons I have learned from my yoga practice at Inye extend far beyond what I am physically capable of. I always feel mentally clear and calm when I leave practice. Inye is a second home!"
