A dynamic Yoga class that combines strength training exercises that focus on building strong centres and lean muscles through efficient and graceful movement with the breath. This class incorporates yoga asana with props such as free-weights, resistance bands and core balls for a mindful and empowered experience. Improve muscle tone, range of motion, stability, flexibility and metabolic rate in an integrated class designed to nourish vitality and powerful living.
