Join Trish for a weekly Virtual Yoga Nidra class.
Yoga Nidra is the practice of staying aware while you sleep. It consists of light movement to unwind, followed by a 50 minute body relaxation and guided meditation; while lying on your back- essentially sleeping.
Staying aware while you sleep is an opportunity to watch your subconscious programming and even begin to rewire your brain, and change behaviours which no longer serve you. Above all else this practice will offer you deep rest.
Sundays at 1:30pm after an active Virtual Vinyasa Core!
