About the Event
Teens, ages 12+, join us Wednesday afternoons in a supportive space that will foster creative self expression through yoga poses, music, journaling and mindful meditation. Teens will be given tools to empower a healthy self confidence, encourage self-love and self-acceptance and have space to get out of their heads and into their bodies. A fun gathering with like minded teens. All levels welcome!
*Teen Yoga is helpful for students experiencing anxiety or depression.
