Prenatal Yoga has returned to INYE! Now on every Sunday at 11:30am.
A warm and inviting practice for mommies. Yoga postures and breathing techniques designed to help mothers-to-be connect more deeply to their inherent wisdom, as well as support a healthy pregnancy and delivery. Pre-natal yoga helps alleviate common discomforts during pregnancy such as nausea, swelling, back pain, constipation, varicose veins and more. Classes incorporate breathing and visualization techniques to support labor, as well as a self-reflective practice to overcome fear. This supportive environment is a wonderful opportunity for expectant mothers to share their journeys, as well as celebrate the wonderful changes both mommy and baby are experiencing.
