INYE Hypno Yoga, a First in the World. It is a powerful gateway for emotional and physical healing. Join in on Wednesdays at 8:30pm! For sign up & more information please visit INYE website. Health is balance, harmony from within. The body is capable of functioning for a long time, however in this society through suggestions and ways of life, we short circuit ourselves. . Our physical body is a powerful “drug store” that’s highly suggestible, the world is filled with suggestions of all kinds, some good, some not so much. Hypno-Yoga’s ultimate reach is to “de-hypnotize” you, so you may express the full capability of human potential.
Here are a few friendly reminders for the session:
- Light lunch prior to our time together please (this is a request, not a command. Please do what's best for your body.)
- Please have a journal and a pen with you to write down any thoughts discussed and post discussion/reflection.
- Please wear comfortable clothing. The weather is unpredictable, think layers.
- No contact lenses please, or you could remove it here before we start, and put them back on after we finish.
- No perfumes/cologne/essential oil please.
