About the Event
Join handstand expert and senior Yoga Teacher, Matthew Bonas on building a strong and safe handstand practice. You will learn the basics to turning your perspective upside-down while conquering fears as you gain confidence balancing on your hands. Foundational practice will include hand, wrist, and shoulder alignment, mobility exercises and core strength. Both experienced and students discovering inversions for the first time are welcome. Come ready to have some fun! Saturday June 8th. 2:00pm - 4:00pm. $40+hst | 10% off for members.
